How do you offer sample?: Cupwind offers free sample for some stock items,

OEM & ODM sample always needs mold charge but without sample charge.

Freight is collected on your own accounts such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT etc.
Does Cupwind has any MOQ limits for the home fragrance products?: For common items, the MOQ can be 3000pcs.

OEM machine made products, MOQ 10000-60000pcs.

Handmade products, MOQ 3000-5000pcs.

What about the lead time?: Sample 7-15 days.

Production stock items 15-20 days upon receipt of deposit.

OEM order 35-55 days upon receipt of deposit.
What is your payment term?: Cupwind payment term is 30% T/T deposit in advance, 70% against Copy of BOL.

Paypal is available for sample orders.
How does Cupwind make sure the production quality?: We have our own QC stay on line from the beginning of the production till the end, and we have an internal QC report to show quality standards. Our quality standard is compliant with AQL 2.5/4.0.
What is Cupwind's solution to protect products from breaking since it is fragile ?: Cupwind takes care of each piece of products in mind. Each product is wrapped by OPP bag, then 24/48/144 pieces packed into a carton box with egg dividers. Wooden pallets are always preferable while in transportation. In the end, we will add a net at the container door place to protect cargo from falling down when you opening the container door.
What are your shipping methods?: Cupwind will offer the best solution for you based on your requirement.

By Sea, cheaper but takes longer time, suitable for normal bulk order.

By Air, expensive with quick delivery time, suitable for urgent order.

By Express, expensive with quick delivery time, suitable for sample order or some very small orders.
Does Cupwind offer candle holder/diffuser bottle accessories?: Cupwind offers metal lids, wooden lids, candle wick trimmer, Wick Dipper, Wick Snuffer, Storage Tray Plate etc. for candle holders.

Cupwind offers collar, plug, gasket, reed, sprayer etc. for diffuser bottles and perfume bottles.

Cupwind also offers luxury gift box for candle holders and diffuser/perfume bottles.
How often Cupwind develop new products?: Cupwind has our own designer to develop new products frequently. We offer both new design concepts and new design products for customer choose.
